GRACE LAUBACHER is an installation and set designer based in New York. She has recently undertaken collaborations with the Juilliard School (Le Donne Curiose; La Finta Giardiniera), Sightline theater company (Dive; Convergence - soloNOVA Arts Festival); Veuve Clicquot (Yelloween at Morrell Wine Bar); and L!VE Asbury Park (Hedwig and the Angry Inch). She is a member of the NYC-based company art party, with whom she has collaborated on original performance events such as How the Salts Got Down, STARBOX, and Duchess in the Dark.  Grace is a graduate of Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design (MA with Distinction, Performance Design and Practice) and Harvard College (A.B. magna cum laude, Visual and Environmental Studies.  She is the recipient of Harvard’s Council Prize in Visual Arts (stage design), the first Alan Symonds Memorial Award in technical theater, the Quincy House McCord Prize for achievement in the arts, and a Hoopes Prize for excellence in undergraduate research. She is currently the set designer and associate technical director for the Play Group Theatre in White Plains, NY.
